Prepare about 3 ounces of beans . Keep in mind,measurement also depends on the dimensions of the popcorn maker. You can certainly also put in the recommended amount inside the popper (i.e. if the popper recommends 4 ounces of corn,then put 4 ounces of coffee beans).
Put the beans into the popping machine and place the cap on.
